Return Policy
ProReset delivers high-performance hyperbaric chambers, red light devices, cold plunges, cryotherapy chambers, compression boots and other wellness systems across the EU. This policy complies with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
1. Custom and Special Orders
Products manufactured or configured to customer specifications: including but not limited to pressure settings, color selections, interior finishes, logos and branding, seating configurations and colors, or accessories are considered custom-made goods and are:
- Non-refundable;
- Not eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced or payment has been confirmed.
This is in accordance with:
- Article 103(c): Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Article 103(e): Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
All custom orders are final. A limited Warranty applies to all systems and covers manufacturing defects. See https://proreset.com/warranty/
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Stock Units
For stock units that are not customized and remain sealed:
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- A written withdrawal request must be submitted to ProReset before the end of the 14-day period by email to [email protected];
- All Items must be unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and returned in original condition.
Return Process and Requirements:
- All returns must be pre-authorized and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must:
- Use a ProReset-approved courier or logistics provider;
- Insure the return shipment for its full replacement value;
- Provide tracking information and proof of dispatch by email to [email protected]
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and ProReset is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during return transport.
3. Inspection and Refund Conditions
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the unit, parts or any accessory shows any signs of use, installation, tampering, or damage, ProReset reserves the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount to reflect loss in value, in accordance with Article 107 of RDL 1/2007.
- If the product is returned in unsellable condition, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods in condition acceptable to ProReset.
4. Proof of Delivery and Claims
- Customers are advised to inspect and photograph the packaging and item upon delivery.
- Any external damage or packaging issues must be reported to ProReset and the logistics carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
- Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of damage claims.
5. Commercial and Institutional Purchases
The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) applies specifically to contracts between traders and consumers. A consumer is defined as a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Therefore, purchases made by companies or institutions are classified as business-to-business (B2B) transactions and are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal or return rights that apply to individual consumers.
This return policy applies only to private consumers only. Purchases made by companies, institutions, or professionals are not eligible for withdrawal or return, in line with EU B2B transaction rules.
