The 4 °C–38 °C range and 4 °C/hour cooling (and heating) speed make it easy to adjust and navigate your cold plunge protocols. At 300 liters, the bath provides full-body immersion without demanding excessive floor space. The base footprint is 120 × 79 × 105 cm; add the stairs module for safer entry/exit and a stable platform, expanding to 154 × 113 × 122 cm.
