Dual Oxygen Delivery Systems

  • Providing a customized user experience, the ProReset x HPOTech hyperbaric chambers include a unique dual oxygen delivery system with the flexibility to switch to either BIBS mask or Free Flow (mask or cannula) system.

Built-in Breathing System (BIBS)

    • BIBS is an advanced oxygen delivery system providing oxygen on demand only when a user needs to inhale. Oxygen is provided through a mask and sourced from a high-efficiency oxygen concentrator delivering 20 LPM (liters per minute). The BIBS system delivers oxygen regardless of the user’s breathing patterns, making it ideal for individuals with respiratory challenges or limited lung capacity. BIBS helps prevent carbon dioxide (CO₂) buildup by maintaining constant airflow, enhancing safety during hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions. Its user-friendly design requires minimal user interaction.

Free Flow Oxygen Delivery System

    • The Free Flow system offers a simple and effective method for delivering oxygen in hyperbaric chambers. Utilizing a 20 Lpm oxygen concentrator, it provides a continuous oxygen stream delivered directly to the user’s respiratory system via a mask or nasal cannula offering flexibility and comfort during sessions. The Free Flow system is ideal for those seeking a more flexible experience. Its simplicity, ease of use, and low maintenance make it a practical option.

High Power Oxygen Concentrator

  • The high-powered oxygen concentrator is designed to deliver 20 LPM of ±93% ±3% oxygen content at 5.0 Bar pressure to each user. This ensures that every breath taken within the hyperbaric chamber is enriched with the vital oxygen, maximizing the potential for wellness, recovery  and performance.

Air Compressor

  • The Air Compressor inflates the chamber body with filtered room air. The system compresses, maintains the user at the desired pressure, and decompresses the chamber when required. Chamber pressure and session duration are controlled by the user from the interior or from the operator from the exterior according to protocol recommendations.

Chiller System

  • A chiller system for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a component that helps regulate and maintain the temperature inside the chamber. When users are inside the chamber, the increased atmospheric pressure can cause the temperature to rise. The chiller system counteracts this effect by efficiently cooling the chamber and maintaining an optimal temperature for a comfortable hyperbaric experience.

The Trojan is available as a wellness system or with medical CE certification as a medical device.

Optional Certifications: ASME PVHO-1, UKCA, MEDICAL CE
