1. General Shipping Policy
At ProReset S.L., we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly. We utilize third-party shipping providers, including logistics companies, freight forwarders, and courier services, to deliver products to our customers. By placing an order through ProReset S.L., you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
2. Third-Party Shipping Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, ProReset S.L. is not responsible for any loss, damage, misplacement, or delays in transit. The risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our transfer of the order to the shipping provider. ProReset S.L. assumes no responsibility for any shipping-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Damaged or lost packages
- Delayed delivery due to carrier operations, customs clearance, or force majeure events
- Errors in shipping address provided by the customer
All claims regarding missing, lost, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping provider. We strongly recommend that customers retain tracking numbers and promptly contact the carrier for resolution.
3. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered items comply with their country’s import regulations, customs laws, and restrictions. ProReset S.L. is not responsible for any shipments delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities.
Customers acknowledge and agree that unless otherwise stated in writing in the proforma invoice or invoice by ProReset S.L. at the time of sale:
- Import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- These fees are determined by the local customs authority of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Customs processing times vary and may result in unexpected shipping delays beyond our control. ProReset S.L. is not liable for any customs-related delays or additional charges.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of import duties or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable fees.
To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend that customers check with their local customs office prior to placing an order as all sales are final and refunds will not be provided.
4. Shipping Times and Delays
Estimated delivery times in proforma invoices and/or invoices are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Various factors may affect shipping times, including but not limited to:
- High demand periods (e.g., holidays, promotions).
- Carrier operational issues.
- Weather disruptions or natural disasters.
- Customs clearance procedures.
ProReset S.L. does not offer refunds for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and local contact telephone numbers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs. If the customer refuses to pay reshipping fees, the purchased goods will return to the seller and be held until the shipping costs and any return fees incurred have been paid by the buyer. If such fees have not been paid within 45 days, the goods will be resold by the seller to cover outstanding fees.
6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been shipped, ProReset S.L. will provide tracking details via email or through the customer’s account, providing tracking details are available from the shipper. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment
and address any issues with the carrier directly.
For high-value shipments, ProReset S.L. may require a signature upon delivery. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer has not received it, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping provider. ProReset S.L. is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a customer refuses to accept a shipment or fails to collect it from the designated pick-up point, any return shipping fees, customs duties, or associated costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
8. Changes to Shipping Policies
ProReset S.L. reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review our policies before placing an order.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase with ProReset S.L., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer.
10. Customer-Arranged Shipping
Customers have the right to arrange their own shipping using a carrier of their choice. If a customer chooses this option, they must notify ProReset S.L. at the time of purchase and provide all necessary shipping details. In such cases, ProReset S.L. will also not be responsible for any shipping-related issues, including but not limited to loss, damage, delays, customs clearance, or additional fees incurred during transit. The customer assumes full responsibility for coordinating with their chosen carrier and handling any claims that may arise. Once the order has been released to the designated shipping provider, ProReset S.L.’s responsibility ends, and all liability is transferred to the customer and their selected shipping service.
