1. Limited Warranty Coverage
ProReset S.L. (“the Company”) warrants that its products are free from manufacturing material defects in workmanship and materials under normal and intended use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the Warranty Period, if a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials, ProReset S.L., at its sole discretion, will either:
- Repair the product at no charge using replacement parts, or;
- Replace the product with an other unit of equivalent value.
2. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover and shall be deemed void if damage or defects result from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product.
- Improper installation, assembly, modification, or tampering with internal or external components.
- Failure to follow provided operating instructions, safety guidelines, or maintenance recommendations.
- Use of the product for unintended purposes, including but not limited to commercial use (unless otherwise stated), overloading, or excessive stress.
- Accidents, natural disasters, or external factors, including fire, floods, earthquakes, or power surges.
- Normal wear and tear, discoloration, scratches, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by third-party services or unauthorized repairs conducted by anyone not authorized by ProReset S.L.
- Transportation, shipping, or return handling damages.
- Use with other products that may result in incompatibility.
Any attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the product without ProReset S.L.’s express written authorization shall immediately void this warranty.
3. Shipping Costs & Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must follow these steps:
- Provide proof of purchase – A valid sales receipt, invoice, or order confirmation from ProReset S.L. is required.
- Submit a detailed description – The customer must document the defect, including photos and videos showing the issue.
- Contact Customer Support – The claim must be submitted via the official ProReset S.L. support channels within the Warranty Period by email listed on the www.proreset.com website.
Upon submission, ProReset S.L. may require the customer to:
- Return the defective product for inspection,
- Provide additional documentation to validate the claim.
Shipping Costs:
- All shipping costs, including return shipping for warranty service, must be covered by the customer. ProReset S.L. does not reimburse shipping, handling, customs duties, or related fees.
- If a warranty claim is approved, ProReset S.L. will cover the cost of repair or replacement but not the cost of return or reshipping the product back to the customer.
If the claim is approved, ProReset S.L. will provide a repair or replacement as applicable and as determined by ProReset S.L. in its sole discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProReset S.L.:
- Shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or malfunction of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, personal injury, or property damage.
- Makes no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability, except as expressly stated in this warranty.
- Shall not be responsible for delays in repair or replacement due to supply chain issues, acts of nature, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This Warranty Disclaimer does not affect statutory consumer rights that may vary by jurisdiction. In regions where implied warranties cannot be excluded, ProReset S.L. limits the duration of such warranties to the maximum period permitted by law.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid.
6. Changes to Warranty Policy
ProReset S.L. reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Customers are encouraged to review our policies before making a purchase.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a product from ProReset S.L., the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Warranty Disclaimer and all its terms.
